Most work done while you Watch!

     You will find some general pricing here but most work is done on an instrument-by-instrument basis.  Turnaround times are dedicated & prompt.  In most cases, depending on the service and/or repair, you can schedule an appointment & be present while your instrument is being taken care of.  For those of you who have to leave your instrument, you will be able to track & watch the progress of your repair on this site.

     Please take the time to register so you will have full access to our extensive photo gallery, educational videos & shop tutorials. It's free, only takes a few seconds & at no time will your information or email be given out to anyone.  We will always respect your privacy.

When Older is Better

Here it is 2008 and with all the technical advances in our world the guitar and other stringed instruments for the most part are ageless. The origin is time tested and few design changes/advances have been made in my lifetime. One thing that has changed in the industry is service, or perhaps I should say…”lack of service”. Sometimes the old ways are the best ways!
It was 1972 when I dug into guitar repair and started my apprenticeship. Well times have changed since then but my commitment to service has not.
Here in the capitol of California there are  more then a few places to take your instrument for work. So why come here? Number 1, I care. Here is what you won’t get from the other shops:
